Who runs this site anyway?!
Having received a number of emails about this site addressed to Frances McGahan, we would like to clarify who posts the information on it.
The McGahan Lees Irish Dance Academy is operated by Frances McGahan A.D.C.R.G., whose love and occupation is teaching children how to dance, which takes up more than enough of her time.
This site is closely bound to the McGahan Lees Academy but it is maintained by dancers' parents. These pages are therefore NOT necessarily approved or endorsed by the McGahan Lees Irish Dance Academy before publication. There is not enough time to discuss everything that appears here.
If something on this site is wrong, inaccurate or just plain silly, please email the Webmaster. If you want expert advice on Irish dancing, or need to contact Frances about anything else, please see the Academy page for her contact details.
Our aim is to support Irish dancing and ALL Irish dancers, wherever they live, in whatever way it can. This site is intended to provide a positive experience for dancers and parents. If you have issues with anything in Irish dancing, please talk to your own dance teacher about them.
Terms of Use
We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information for the benefit of the Irish dancing community, and in particular dancers and their families. There is no charge for this. The site is run by unpaid volunteers.
